Having suffered back problems due to sport I have used Physio First for many years.  I have always been impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff. I am sure that without their help and expertise my sporting life would have been cut short long ago. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

After breaking a bone in my foot I was struggling to walk properly again and the recovery seemed to be going really slowly. I attended Physio First's Prescot clinic and after meeting Hetty I left with a more positive outlook and a plan of action to get mobile again.

Doing the exercises that where set out for me really helped and when I received ultrasound treatment I was astonished at how quickly it had an effect and how well I began to walk again, the swelling that kept returning around my ankle now started to subside and the stiffness in my muscles began to relax.

My treatment is complete now and I am thrilled to say I have a full range of movement again. At each session I was made to feel welcome and at ease and the emailed appointment reminders are great for keeping track of everything.

So I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hetty for helping me to get back on both feet again, as I am really grateful for everything she has done.
